Terry Fasching

T erry F asching peacefully passed away at her home in North Platte on January 17, 2025, at age 65.

Terry, daughter of John Fasching and Henrietta "Henri" Goedert Dombrowski, was born June 6, 1959, in Chicago where she grew up.  Terry's career path was in security.  After working in Chicago for many years, she moved to Las Vegas in 1996 and continued her work at casinos until health complications led to early retirement.

Terry moved to North Platte in 2005 to be closer to her family.  She was a wonderful person who loved to talk and loved people and her dogs.  Terry will always be remembered as a kind, loving and social person who never met a stranger or let her illnesses get the best of her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, John Fasching and Janette Powers.

Terry is survived by her sister, Jill Dombrowski of North Platte; brothers, Michael Walker of San Bernardino, CA, John Walker (Kim) of Ogallala and Dan Walker of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and other family.

Celebration of Terry's life will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, January 27, at Odean Colonial Chapel.  The memorial book may be signed at odeanchapel.com or prior to the service at Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore, which is in charge of arrangements.  Memorials are to the family.
