Sandra Miller-James

Sandra Jean Miller-James, 78, passed away at home in North Platte, NE, on Sunday, December 14, 2014. Sandra was born December 23, 1935, at Bridgeport, NE, to Herbert and Grace Marie Burke. On July 8, 1992, Sandra married David George James in Mitchell, SD, and they made their home in North Platte where she was the Director of the RSVP Program for 25 years. She is survived by her husband, David James, of North Platte; two sons, Bill (Tina) Miller, Sr., of Stayton, OR and Dale Miller, of North Platte; two grandchildren, Bill Miller, Jr. and Sandra Gurrea; her sister, Antonia Cogil, of Ogallala, NE; and other family. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Herb and Grace Burke; and daughters, Kelly and Karen Miller. By her wishes, cremation was chosen and inurnment will be at a later date.
