Ron Siegmann

Ron Siegmann, age 63, died at his home in Brady on July 13, 2022.

Ron was born to Robert, Sr. and Darlene Siegmann on February 4, 1959, in North Platte where he grew up. While in high school, Ron hired on with the Union Pacific Railroad, working as a Fireman/Oiler, then graduated from NPHS in 1977. He continued with the railroad for 17 years until going out on his own to remodel and sell houses.

Growing up, Ron was involved with Boy Scouts and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He loved to fish, play rock 'n roll music, restore old cars and go to auctions.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Siegmann, Sr.

Ron is survived by his mother, Darlene of North Platte; brother Robert 'Rusty' (Angela) Siegmann, Jr.; sisters, Diane (Robert) Harrison of McCook and Joy Siegmann of Deertrail, CO; niece, Penny (Mike) Adkisson; nephew, Eric Miller, Bobby Siegmann and Billy Siegmann; great-nephew, Ashton Adkisson; and other family.

Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Odean Colonial Chapel.  Online condolences may be shared at odeanchapel.com.  Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are to the NP Animal Shelter.
