Richard Ballou, 77, of Texas, died under hospice care in Houston on Sunday, March 10, 2019.
Richard was born in Washington State and later served in the U.S. Air Force. Richard married Linda Kirkpatrick and they lived in Texas.
He is survived by his wife and other family members.
Graveside service and burial with Military Honors will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 15, 2019, in the North Platte Cemetery . Condolences may be shared at odeanchapel.com. Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore is in charge of local arrangements.
