L isa C reasman, resident of North Platte, Nebraska, peacefully passed away in her home on Monday, September 6, 2021, at the age of 69.
Lisa was born to Fredrick and Dorothia Geibel at Huntington Park, California, on May 17, 1952. She grew up in Long Beach, California, and went on to graduate from South Gate High School.
Lisa married Roger Creasman and had four children. They lived in California for a while then moved to Elsie, Nebraska. Lisa helped Roger on the farm, driving a grain cart at times, and was a stay-at-home mom. She also had an in-home daycare.
After the couple divorced, Lisa moved to North Platte where she attended Mid-Plains Community College and has lived ever since.
Lisa loved her dog, Maggie, and after she became a grandma, Lisa enjoyed facetiming with her grandkids.
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Dorothia Geibel; and her beloved dog, Maggie.
She is survived by her four children and their spouses: daughter, Adrianne and husband Ernest Aguilera, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, son, Andrew and wife Annette Creasman, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, daughter, Amy Creasman and husband Stephen Myers, of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and son, Aaron and wife Amanda Creasman, of Tennessee; grandchildren, Amya and Aliana Aguilera, Lily Creasman, Treyvin and Zerrik Harrington, and Darin, Jaci and Willow Creasman; her brother, Karl Geibel and partner Pat Kelly, of Tampa, Florida, and their children Jennifer Geibel-Williams and James and wife Brenna Geibel; brother, John and wife Mary Geibel, of Lincoln, Nebraska, and their children Sean and Nicholas Geibel; her best friend, Kendra Loch, of North Platte; and other family.
Celebration of Life will be 10 a.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021, at Odean Colonial Chapel in North Platte. The memorial book may be signed online at odeanchapel.com. Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore is in charge of arrangements.
