Glenn Smith

G lenn S mith was born August 18, 1935, in Missouri.  He was raised by his mother and stepfather, Bessie and Harley Smith in Ava, Missouri.  He unexpectedly died on July 5, 2024, at Great Plains Health in North Platte at the age of 88.

Glenn married Loretta Williams many years ago.  They lived in Missouri then California until 2017 when they moved to North Platte.  Glenn was a TV repairman and mechanic, he liked fixing cars.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, four brothers, and sons Jeffrey, Sr. and Olon.

Survivors include his son, Ricky, of North Platte and grandkids, Julie and Jeff Smith.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no formal services.  Online condolences may be shared at odeanchapel.com.  Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore is in charge of arrangements.
