Bradford Walter Patrick passed away peacefully on April 3, 2026, at Acura Nursing Home in North Platte, Nebraska.
Bradford was born on January 1, 1972, at Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming, to Bradford James Patrick and Glendin Kaye (Garner) Patrick.
Brad worked as an ironworker with Local 25 in Denver, Colorado, and attended firefighting school at Colorado Mountain College. In his earlier years, he also worked in construction.
Brad’s greatest joys in life were his daughter, Tesla, and his grandson, Jaxson. He also had a deep love for his Harley-Davidson, fishing, and cutting wood in the Rocky Mountains. He enjoyed music and spending time with friends.
During his school years, Brad participated in wrestling, football, and gymnastics.
He is survived by his daughter, Tesla Briones; grandson, Jaxson Briones; and sister, Missy Patrick. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bradford James and Glendin Kaye Patrick; paternal grandparents, Norman and Peggy Patrick; and maternal grandparents, Jerry and Ethel Hanson.
Mary Bender came into Brad’s life 11 years ago and remained a constant source of love, support, and guidance through the end of his life.
The family extends special thanks to the staff and nurses at Acura Nursing Home for their compassion and care in his final days, and to Taylor Larchick for helping place him in such a supportive facility.
A celebration of life will be held on May 15, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Lincoln Highway RV Park in North Platte.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fur Animal Rescue (furanimalrescue.com).
