Bob Crawford

R obert 'Bob' Crawford passed away at Linden Court on June 18, 2022, at the age of 90.

B ob, the son of Robert and Helen Crawford, was born March 14, 1932, in North Platte where he resided his entire life. He graduated from North Platte High School with the Class of 1950 then hired on with the Union Pacific Railroad where he had a 37 year career working as a Clerk. Bob worked night shifts and was considerate of others with families, so he always volunteered to work the holiday shifts too.

I n April of 1958, Bob was united in marriage to Marilyn Kasha. They had a great life together and had recently celebrated their 64th anniversary. Bob and Marilyn enjoyed golfing and going out to eat. Bob also liked fishing and was an avid fan of Nebraska sports, often watching games on TV with Marilyn and their friend, Kim.

B ob became a Master Mason in 1987 and was a member of the Shriners and Blue Lodge.

H e was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Helen; and in-laws, Alex and Dorothy Kasha.

B ob is survived by his wife, Marilyn; sister-in-law, Karen Kasha Eaves; his very special friend, Kim Kujath; as well as several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
