Lillian Margaret "Billie" Guilliaume, of North Platte, NE, passed away at the age of 91, on Monday, December 11, 2017, at Centennial Park Retirement Village.

Billie was born in David City, NE, on May 11, 1926, the third of seven children to Roy and Blanche Powell. She grew up in David City and graduated from high school in 1944. Billie went to work as a Station Helper for the Union Pacific Railroad then moved to North Platte where she worked at St. Mary's Hospital.

On January 17, 1948, Billie was united in marriage to Robert L. Guilliaume in North Platte where they made their home. They had six children and were married for 64 years when Bob passed away in 2012.

Billie was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the Alter Society. She was also a member of P.R. Halligan Post #163 American Legion Auxiliary and a volunteer with R.S.V.P.

She is survived by her children, Robert, Jr. (Roberta) Guilliaume, of Northglenn, CO, Ron Guilliaume, of North Platte, Thomas (Terri) Guilliaume, of Haskell, OK, Shellie (Pat) Heath, of Gering, NE, and Connie Guilliaume, of Lincoln, NE; seven grandchildren, Joe, Jeremy, Melissa, Amy, Kristen, Holly and Cody; 11 great-grandchildren, Katelin, Jordan, Peyton, Kaylee, Aaron, Marcus, Mason, Gunnar, Claira, Aven and Evelyn; sister-in-law, Betty Powell, of David City; as well as several nieces, nephews, other family and her friends.

Along with her husband, Bob, Sr., Billie was preceded in death by their infant son, Joseph; her parents, Roy and Blanche Powell; brothers, Dean and David Powell; her baby sister, Veronica Powell; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Charlie Hitch, Evelyn and Bob Grubaugh and Dorothy and Harry Hubbell.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. on Friday, December 15, 2017, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with Celebrant Father Josh Brown. Burial will follow in Fort McPherson National Cemetery. Rosary Service will be 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday at Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore and before services at the church. Online condolences may be shared at odeanchapel.com. Memorials are suggested to the church. Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore is in charge of arrangements.
