Aaron Smith

Aaron Smith, age 25, of North Platte, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at Great Plains Health.

Aaron was born February 5, 1993, to Dennis Smith and Tina Evans in North Platte where he grew up. Aaron graduated from North Platte High School in 2011 and worked odd jobs until going to work for his father as a mechanic at Art's Service Center.

Aaron liked listening to music, giving and getting tattoos, and especially loved being a dad to his son, Raiden, and playing super hero's with him. Aaron leaves us all too soon.

He is survived by his father, Dennis and wife, Angie Smith, of Maxwell; mom, Tina Crowell, son, Raiden Smith, and sister, Kelsey Crowell, all of North Platte; brothers, Austin Myers, of North Platte and Ashton and Drey Smith, of Maxwell; stepbrother, Blaise Crowell, and stepsister, Kalan Crowell, of North Platte; aunts, Angie (Jeremy) Sanford, of Hershey and Shantel Clark, of North Platte; grandparents, Sandy Clark and Dennis M. Smith, of North Platte and Robert Evans, of Evanston, Wyoming; nephews, Carson Richards and Jaxson Myers; and other family.

Aaron was preceded in death by his grandmother, Deborah Evans; uncle, Travis Evans; and Raiden's mom, Macayla Razes.

Cremation was chosen and services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore with Steve Shanno officiating. The book can be signed at odeanchapel.com or prior to the service.  Inurnment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery.  Arrangements are with Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore.
